The Role

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Marketing Manager to oversee our company’s marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will lead marketing campaigns, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to drive growth through both digital and traditional marketing strategies.

Reports To: General Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, social media, and email marketing.

  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all marketing initiatives, including advertisements, promotions, and partnerships.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, track competition, and adjust marketing strategies based on market trends and customer insights.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring they are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and company goals.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving ROI targets.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms. Make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing and business strategies.

  • Content Creation: Oversee content creation for all marketing materials, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assets.

  • Public Relations: Manage public relations efforts and build strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, 

  •  3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.

  •  Proven experience in creating successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

  •  Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  •  Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

  •  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  •  Creative thinking with a passion for innovation in marketing

Preferred Skills:

  •  Experience with marketing construction material 

  • Familiarity with content management and leadership
