Job Description
Research potential suppliers, compare and evaluate Proforma from them, and select Proformas based on requirements
Follow purchase requests, and purchase orders and ensure on-time purchase
Review quality of purchased products with the respective department
Managing the purchasers, avoiding any kind of fraud
Following, updating, and implementing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Giving insight into what our biggest purchasing expenses are and where the quick savings are.
Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and frequently updating supplier database
Follow purchase order status with the finance manager and purchasing officer.
Careful review of performance evaluation for staff under this position.
BA Degree in Accounting, Logistic supply management or related fields
Have minimum of 5 years as a senior purchaser or related.
Computer literacy and working knowledge of Ms- Word, Excel, and other skills
