We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. You will play a key role in providing individualized rehabilitation programs to patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to diagnose and identify patient needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and modalities.

• Educate and empower patients to manage their conditions independently through self-management strategies.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately and efficiently.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care.

• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.

• Stay up to date on current physiotherapy practices and research.

• Participate in professional development opportunities.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

• First degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a clinical setting.

Competencies

• Demonstrated experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong patient care and clinical reasoning skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
