Qualification

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications preferred.

Experience & Required Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role focused on finishing work.

• Lead and manage a team of finishing work professionals, including carpenters, painters, plasterers, and other tradespeople.

• Excellent knowledge of finishing work techniques, materials, and best practices.
