Shining Stone International Business Plc is private business Company that is engaged in the Real Estate, Specialized Foundation, Road Marking Construction and Chemical Manufacturing. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position listed below. 

Main Responsibility & Duties 

• Administers all Road Marking project resources, coordinates and builds teams and manages all project related activities as per the scope of the project on daily (24hrs)

• Make sure that all staffs are clear about Road Marking project objective and expected deliverables, scope of works, quality requirement, time and cost of execution and risks embedded in each.

• Required materials and equipment and machinery pending for delivery: purchase, delivery and logistics conditions Status and location of key activities performed (on progress/stopped)

• Prepare work schedules and action plans for the execution of the Road Marking projects in due consultation with engineering department manager. 

• Manage Road Marking project planning, monitoring, controlling and documentation tasks.

• Initial and manage the preparations of payment certificates and submission to consultants and clients and follow up of effect of payments.

• Coordinate and follow-up of EHS (Environmental, health and Safety) provisions as per the standards of the company and the required specifications of the Road Marking projects in due consultation with the safety officer.

• Conduct & maintain regular site visits to the Road Marking project Work activities are undergoing as per the plan and resources are assigned as per the requirements. 

• The follow up and execution contract administration of the Road Marking project in relation to the operation or execution of the works.

• To focus on the day to day Road Marking project work activities for successful implementation of the project plan.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: 

•  MSC/BSC Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management (COTM) and Related Field of study.

Work Experiences: 

•  8/10 years and above, from these at least 2/3 years in Similar positions.

Technical Competency  

• Track record in organization preferably in Construction industry (Road Marking Works)

• MS Project, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office and other Engineering Design Software
