Job Description

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling and innovative designs that reflect our brand and resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the creative industry, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for packaging, labels, advertisements, social media content, promotional items, and other marketing materials.

  • Create visually appealing graphics and illustrations that align with the brand’s aesthetic and strategic goals.

  • Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and marketing strategy.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Art Director to understand project requirements, conceptualize ideas, and execute designs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs effectively communicate the desired message and engage the target audience.

Brand Consistency

  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all design projects.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual communication.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Provide input on design strategies and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

  • Coordinate with external vendors as needed for production and execution of designs.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and trade marketing to deliver consistent designs that represent the brand.

  • Fostering a creative and supportive team environment.

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

  • Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, pushing the boundaries of design within the industry.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in creative design, animation, illustration, motion graphics, video editing, 3D modeling, and rendering.

  • Knowledge of print production processes.

  • Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including packaging, branding, and digital design.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect).

  • Experience in creative design, animation, illustration, motion graphics, video editing, 3D modeling, and rendering.

  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail
