Contact office representative are responsible for the reception area of a business. They answer the phone, greet guests, pass information, respond to inquiries and instruct visitors. They are the first point of contact for clients and customers.

Job Requirement

• Education:BA/BSC/MA/MSC in Management, Accounting,  Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.

• Experience:Five years proven & relevant post qualification insurance experience out of which one year as Senior Underwriting Officer.

Knowledge & Skill:

• Good knowledge of insurance products & services.

• Acceptable marketing & selling skills.

• Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.

• Written & spoken English language proficiency.

• Excellent computer skill
