Job Description
Ensure that all company products and services comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations, guidelines, and industry standards, and communicate these changes to the relevant departments.
Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documents and applications to relevant regulatory bodies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all regulatory submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
Collaborate with product development teams to provide regulatory guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
Act as the primary contact with regulatory authorities
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on regulatory requirements and expectations.
Support the development and implementation of regulatory strategies for new and existing products.
Follow up on the disposal of damaged and expired products on a timely basis
Assist the procurement and logistics manager in the tasks related to EFDA to acquire a pre-import permit
Search for new suppliers and register their products as per EFDA’s registration guidelines
BSc Degree in Pharmacy or Biomedical Engineering
Basic computer application skills, knowledge of registration guidelines and process
1-2 years of service in regulatory affairs is a plus.
Proficiency in English & Amharic
