Job Description
Cassiopeia Hotel is a four-star hotel in the heart of bole sub city. Our hotel has 119 spacious rooms, four meeting halls and one board meeting hall, one stylish open restaurant, gym. It has also one elegant lobby bar plus coffee bar to provide for both external and in-house guests. Furthermore, our hotel is a 1 kilometer away from bole international airport. We would like to invite young people who are enthusiasm, energetic and vibrant hotel professionals to join us who have more energy, synergy, commitment, willingness for the post of listed positions who can fulfill the requirements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications, Requirements and Skills:
Diploma/certificate in front office operation or College or related fields from recognized institute/ tvet College
Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in 4 or 5-star Hotel in the area of hotel industry
Physically fit for the job
good spoken & written English
Great communication skill and good team player
Great Interpersonal skill and Passion for the industry
Great customer handling
