The Traffic Manager is responsible for the process of keeping tasks and project phases running smoothly. He/She makes sure that schedule planning is set up and followed well.

TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project

• Distribute assignments to production teams depending on their availability and priorities

• Meet with clients to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues

• Monitor projects, project costs, and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly

• Planning and forecasting upcoming projects and budget

• Monitoring tracked time and utilization rates and present this to the management team

• Holding daily and weekly project status meetings to share progress and updates

• Work with freelancers and contractors and ensure they have the resources needed for their jobs

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate

• 1-2 years of work experience in relevant areas

• Ability to multitask, organize, and collaborate

• Strong decision-making skills to juggle a wide variety of requests with competing deadlines and limited resources

• Strong time and project management skills

• Outstanding collaboration and effective communication skills

• Good understanding of cost and budget management processes

• English language skills (written and oral)
