• Prepare an annual action plan and budget for quality assurance activities.

  • Prepare and submit work reports quarterly, bi-annually and annually.

  • Adapt QA procedure and instruments to the needs of the college tracks and documents revisions

  • Support establishment and ensure functionality of QA teams

  • Support college and QA teams to use procedures and tools to conduct regular self- assessments

  • Support to build quality management capacity of QA personnel and QA teams in the college through training and other appropriate means

  • Establish and strengthen education development centers

  • Work or promote to involve students, teachers, administrative staff, practical teaching sites in the activities of education quality

  • Conduct tracer study,

  • Develop feedback meeting to share successes and improvement ideas to colleges, departments, academic staffs.

  • Receives and considers annual program reviews from departments and passes comments to the college dean.

  • Document findings and actions taken in database or other means.

  • Follow up and advice with regard to overall QA activities of the respective college

• Degree in quality assurance or related field 

• 3-5 years experience on related field
