Job Description
As an Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our CEO. Your duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Assist with special projects and assignments as needed.
Maintain office supplies and manage office equipment.
Serve as a liaison between executives and other departments, clients, and external partners.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
BA degree in any field of studies.
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional international language is a plus.
