Job Summary 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to lead generation, customer service, communication, customer support, scheduling appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our services to potential clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Cold call people using a given phone directory

• Generating potential customer leads

• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers

• Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.

• Ask questions to understand the customer’s requirements

• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating product & services

• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system

• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation

• Go the “extra mile” to meet customer satisfaction

• Keep records of calls and useful information

Job Requirements

Qualification

• A minimum of 1-year experience as a telemarketer, in customer support

• Previous experience in real estate is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Competencies:

• Lead Generation and Sales skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Proficiency in local languages and English

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
