East Africa Bottling S.C. a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, is the sole bottler for Coca-Cola products in Ethiopia. We are very excited to invite qualified candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus for the Quality Assurance Quality Controller position. The job holder will ensure that real-time quality control systems are implemented and that the bottling process meets the Coca-Cola International (KO) and group standards for manufacturing, product, and package quality Index.

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

• Conduct process capability for all lines as per the KO requirement, document and report the result; and implement corrective actions upon deviations.  

• Ensure the Infinity QS program is upgraded and all the QC records are uploaded into the system.

• Identify the root cause for non-conformances and deviations from targets and implement appropriate corrective actions. 

• All process parameters for water treatment, syrup preparation, and final products are captured in InfinityQS for SPC.

• Manufacturing Sensory program fully implemented and participated in a quarterly proficiency scheme.

• Design and implement online quality monitoring processes using Davis software.

• Regulates the effectiveness of visual management of the quality parameters online.

Job Requiremnts

• First Degree in Chemistry/Chemical/ Food Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
