We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesperson and Social Media Marketer & Content creator to join our growing team. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Salesperson to join our sales team. The Senior Salesperson will be responsible for selling our properties, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients.

  • Client Consultations: Understand client needs and present suitable properties.

  • Property Tours: Conduct tours showcasing property features.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and pricing.

  • Negotiate Deals: Facilitate offer negotiations and finalize terms.

  • Sales Process: Guide clients from initial contact to closing.

  • Marketing: Promote properties through various channels, including social media.

  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain communication.

  • Documentation: Assist with necessary paperwork and legal requirements.

  • Follow-Up: Maintain client relationships for repeat business.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
