Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our market presence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and strategies.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.

• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in the tech industry

• Strong understanding of technology solutions and industry trends.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
