Contact Center Officers handle incoming or outgoing customer calls for a business. They call existing and prospective customers to promote goods and services. They also obtain sales and arrange sales visits.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, marketing , Economics or related area with two (2) years of related work expertise out of which one yr as Contact Center Officer – I.

The job objective is to reply to buyer complaints and supply appropriate options to make sure buyer satisfaction and clean operations

Additional Skills required:-

Proficiency in English, Amharic, Oromifa, Tigrigna and Somali language
