Job Description
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate and helpful information. Handle complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, finding the best possible resolution to ensure guest satisfaction. Book and confirm reservations for guests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Required No: 3
BA Degree or Diploma in Front Office, Hotel Management or any related field
Having two and more than years’ work experience in an international Hotel (4*5*)
Having the critical competencies for FO Agent position
Good Command of English and knowing other language is advantageous
Excellent customer service skills, knowledge of opera system, Teamwork and diversity relation
