Description:

 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager for Technical Operations to lead our agricultural and agro-processing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, agri-economics, agribusiness, agri-engineering, food technology, or related fields, along with a Master's degree (MSc/MBA or above). With a minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, the General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and play a key role in strategic planning and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all technical operations related to agriculture and agro-processing

• Demonstrate expertise in agriculture and agro-processing leadership

• Manage corporate value chain effectively to enhance operational efficiency

• Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth

• Analyze data and performance metrics to drive operational improvements

• Utilize MS Office tools for effective communication and reporting

Job Requirement

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's Degree (MSc/MBA or above) in Agriculture, Agri-Economics, Agribusiness, Agri Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience in operation management within the agriculture sector

• Proven track record in corporate value chain management

• Strong strategic planning and business development skills

• Excellent data analysis capabilities and understanding of operational metrics

• Proficiency in MS Office tools

• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
