As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading our team to success. Your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Coordinate with departments to maintain high standards of service.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Manage staff schedules and training programs.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Implement hotel policies and procedures.

Salary: - Negotiable 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of Proven experience in Duty manager or similar role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
