Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment efficiently to support the operations in the coffee industry.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while operating heavy equipment.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage and maintenance schedules.
Keep detailed records of equipment maintenance activities and performance.
Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience in heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
Proficient in diagnosing equipment malfunctions and performing repairs.
Understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to heavy equipment.
Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or certification in a field related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
Aged between 25-45 years old.
Possess more than 4 years of experience in the coffee industry.
