• Liaise with the Distribution team to ensure stock availability.

• Manage the overall delivery operation of the division in collaboration with ASMs and agents.

• Ensure product availability in all registered outlets.

• Manage allocation of POS materials per company standards.

• Generate insights and deliver the divisional sales plan to achieve sales targets.

• Ensure the highest standard of execution throughout the division.

• Meet targets in terms of sales efficiency and profitability.

Improved Market and Table Share:

• Stay updated with competitors’ activities, initiatives, and customer trends.

• Continuously monitor table share in selected outlets.

• Ensure on-time delivery to increase reachability and market share.

• Plan, organize, and implement various market activation activities (e.g., beer invitation activations, events).
