Digaf Micro Credit Providers S.C. is a leading microfinance institution dedicated to providing financial services to individuals and small businesses in Addis Ababa. We are currently seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as sales officers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and establish contact to promote Digaf Microfinance's products and services

• Conduct sales presentations and meetings with clients to explain the benefits and features of our financial products

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns raised by clients

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a year experience in sales, marketing, or a related field

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the financial sector

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
