The position holder will be responsible for several key areas but not limited to:

• Assisting in managing the recruitment process for open positions. This includes developing targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, conducting initial interviews to assess fit, and coordinating the overall selection process.

• Providing comprehensive employee relations support. This involves managing employee communications, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and labor regulations.

• Collaborating in designing and coordinating training programs. to ensure employees develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, aligning with the bank's strategic objectives.

Qualification

A minimum of BSC, BA in HR Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields of study  

Experience

3 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation and benefit administration etc activities preferably in the banking industry.
