The position holder will be responsible for several key areas but not limited to:

• Taking a lead role in managing the recruitment process for open positions, including developing targeted sourcing strategies, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the selection process.

• Providing comprehensive employee relations support, including managing employee communications, addressing concerns, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and labor regulations.

• Partnering with managers to design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.

Qualification

A minimum of BSC, BA in HR Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields of study.

Experience

5 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation and benefit administration etc activities preferably in the banking industry.
