Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Preparation Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Degree or Masters in a research-related area, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. The preferred age range for this position is 25-45 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Research Preparation team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of research projects.

• Coordinate with other departments to plan and implement research activities.

• Develop strategies to improve research processes and outcomes.

• Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards in all research projects.

• Collaborate with senior management to develop research goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree or Master in a research-related area.

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a research-related role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis.
