Job Summary
The Spare part storekeeper is responsible for performing all the spare part store movements on time and arranging spare parts on the shelves as per the Demomaint records, controlling the quality and quantity of newly arriving items, and reporting to the immediate supervisor.
Perform the movements of spare parts in the store and record in the Demomaint in real-time.
Participate in checking the quality and quantity of newly arrived items as per the procedure
Report immediately to the store team leader when there is a discrepancy or damage to the items received.
Implement the weekly inventory with high attention and report the discrepancy with good justification.
Participate in performing the annual inventory as planned by finance and make sure to complete the job in a given time.
Computer skill
Basic English writing/reading/listening/speaking
Education
TVET Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or Property Administration and Warehouse Management.
Experience
5 years experience for TVET Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma/ 3 years' experience for BA
