Our state of art manufacturing plant in Hawasa Ethiopia, is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Senior Executive Finance with the below qualifications:
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Conducting variance analysis and providing insights to improve financial performance.
Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
Supporting senior management in decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial information.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Required Qualification and Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, and an MBA will be distinct advantage.
2+ years of experience in finance in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
