Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Human Resource Officers to join our dynamic HR team. As a Senior HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering employee compensation and benefits programs, implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment processes, and developing and delivering training programs.

Required number of candidates: 3

Responsibilities:

1. Compensation and Benefits Management:

  •  Develop and administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

  •  Conduct regular reviews and analysis of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.

  •  Design and implement incentive programs, performance-based pay structures, and recognition initiatives.

  •  Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

2. HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Ensure consistent implementation and enforcement of HR policies across the organization.

  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and legal requirements related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies.

3. Recruitment and Selection:

  • Participate in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and reference checks.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

4. Training Assessment and Development:

  •  Assess training needs across the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

  •  Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics, including compliance, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and other relevant areas.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Competencies and Professional skills required:

  •  Labour law

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Officer or similar role, with a focus on compensation and benefits administration.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.

  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, salary structures, and benefits programs.

  • Experience in recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-5 years of proven experience. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
