Responsible in demand analysis for targeted customer to identify Services sales opportunities. This will cover Telecom services business including: services solution design, service project operation, service solution quotation, cost budgeting and project scheduling, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To develop new service project opportunity by customer communication, market insight;

2. To design service solution according to understand customer requirement, pain point;

3. To quote service project base on customer budget, competition price or historic price;

4. To negotiate or clarify service price, service contract terms, supplier timeline, responsibility matrix, and scope;

5. To operate service project and execute routine tasks;

6. To build and maintain key customer relationship, responsible customer satisfaction;

7. Be responsible for bidding;

Job Requirements

Required professional skills

1. Technical knowledge background in areas such as Datacenter, storage, server, Virtualization, Cloud, Iaas, PaaS, SaaS, ..

2. An international experience(AWS, Google) would be highly preferred

3. Excellent English in both verbal and written

4. Familiar with local ecosystem and ecosystem development

5. Required soft skills

6. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, can influence others to achieve results

7. Experience working autonomously and prioritizing multiple competing priorities

8. Flexibility and Proven experience to work in a high pressure environment with multiple tasks, changing priorities, and changing resources

9. Target driven and able to work towards the deadlines

Education and Major requirements

• Computer or Information Technology related degree, a Master Degree is Preferred
