JOB PURPOSE:

The job holder will play a key role in aiding in the management of consultants and contractors to perform their duties and services. The role also manages and organizes day to day operations. The role also monitors the performance to ensure works are competed to specified quality, cost and time schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion

·      Attend all progress meetings and take meeting minutes

·      Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information

·      Closely monitor daily site activities, and frequently inspect works, and check for construction documentation compliance

·      Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation

·      Coordinate and communicate with internal team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

·      Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations

·      Identify and resolve project issues and escalate to the Project Manager as needed

·      Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and contracts

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

·      Bachelor's degree in architecture and urban Planning, Urban Design and Development, Engineering...from a recognized University.

·      PMP or any relevant certification is preferred

Experience:

·      8 to 12 years relevant experience
