Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

Qualification & Experience

• From recognized University BA degree in Marketing Management or related field of studies and 08 years related work experience out of which 04 years in Managerial or supervisory positions

• Experience in Manufacturing Industry (Soft Drink Manufacturing Company)is preferable.
