Ramid Trading PLC is looking for Import Export Logistics Officer to handle specific logistical files independently. Candidates should implement and runs basic logistic procedures and negotiates basic contractual matters with external interlocutors. In addition to assisting the logistician IMPEX officer is in charge on import/export/transit activity in the office

Duties & Responsibilities;

Handle import clearance from the airport and port, including relevant documentation, assigned by IMPEX in charge.
Handle export of items by road, sea or air, including relevant documentation, assigned by IMPEX in charge.
Handle all IMPEX related bank and other governmental office tasks.
Assist on coffee and other commodity sourcing.
Assist on the coffee and beans processing warehouse inspection and monitoring.
Follow up transport contracts of export items, preparation for all necessary shipping documents for all outgoing shipment.
Follow up and assist IMPEX in charge on transit work.
Work with shippers and transistors to execute bookings and shipping.
Obtains export certificates from various government agencies in compliance with each shipment.
Assures compliance with customs, export, applicable foreign trade/importation laws, as well as applicable federal transport regulations.

Job Requirements:

Completion of a 2 to 4-year degree program or equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, trucking, and ocean freight
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in critical thinking for multi-step processes and meticulous follow-up
High ability to handle multiple priorities without losing details.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
Capable of working effectively under time constraints
