Position Overview/Scope of role:

Lead the survey work on the project, plan for the survey work according to the instructions from the construction engineer and collect accurate information regularly and in a timely manner.

Top Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare survey work plan and basic idea by understanding the scope, purpose and specification of the work.

• collecting accurate information to identify the necessary contour, shape and natural landscape

• Based on the data collected, prepare the necessary design and report and take responsibility for the collected data.

• Determining boundaries by taking accurate measurements

• Record and file the raw data and results from the survey

• Verifying the accuracy of the collected data

• Act responsibly on the site

• Attendance with the necessary equipment at the appointed time and place

• Keep survey samples carefully and safely

• Preparing the necessary documents and reports based on the collected information

• Check if there is previously reserved information

• Ensuring that the information is not violated according to the law and the organization's instructions

• Preparing geometric calculations based on the collected data

• To guide, train and support Assistant Surveyors, Level Manna and trainees.

• Collecting the necessary information on time and organizing it in a manner that allows for the preparation of payment documents

• Prepare Base line data, elevation and any geometric calculation by doing ground survey

• Leading and controlling the survey team

• Organizing the information obtained together with architects and engineers

• Enabling accurate data to be collected by adjusting survey equipment

Job Requirements

• BSC Degree in Surveying Technology 4 years of related work experience  in a senior position in Road projects

•  TVET Level IV in Surveying and 6 years experience in Road Project

•  Experience in a senior position
