Job Description

Position: Strategic and Change Management Service Manager

• Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
• Basic Functions: Under the general guidance of the Chief Executive Officer plans, organizes, directs and controls all functions related to strategic and change management: follows up the achievement of strategic objectives and identified changes: and closely collaborate with cross functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and manage changes.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

- Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities of the unit:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and profitability:
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic projects and initiatives:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to formulate and communicate the company's vision, mission, values, strategic goals and objectives:
- Drive Company change by developing and monitoring implementation of change management strategies and programs;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make recommendations for adjustments as needed;
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform strategic decision-making:
- Prepare and submit periodical reports.

Job Requiremnts

• Education: BA Degree in Management or Banking and Insurance or Economics or in related fields

• Experience: 9 years relevant experience, of which 4 years in managerial position.
