Job Summary

IT Architecture & Modernization Officer is responsible for participating in formulating comprehensive modernization requisites that encompass both applications and systems, laying the ground work for smooth interoperability, constructing a robust security architecture that safeguards sensitive data and adheres to compliance standards and addressing challenges stemming from disorganized systems and inadequate communication that undermine operational efficiency. In addition, the role holder is also responsible for repairing outdated infrastructure, including harnessing the potential of emerging technologies.

Academic & Professional Qualification

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.

·         At least Four (4) years relevant experience

·         Strong knowledge of the Bank’s clients and their needs.

·         Demonstrate a keen understanding of industry trends and their implications for the Bank as well as events in fast-paced markets.

·         Strong IT skills and knowledge of digital advancements.

·         Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess the existing IT infrastructure and identify areas for modernization.

·         Project management skills.
