Natural Science Diploma or High School Completion /Preparatory Certificate Level 1 with relevant work experience Training in technical laboratory support is preferred Duties & Responsibilites: - Prepares samples for Near Infrared Spectroscopy Reflectance (NIRS) and wet chemistry, including recording, grinding and packing samples, assisting in scanning samples, cleaning and recharging sample containers. - Assists Research Assistant during conventional “wet” chemistry and in vitro analysis required for calibration of NIRS. - Maintaining the lab environment and laboratory stores are well organized and clean.

Master's or BAchelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, International Development, Economics, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Undertake community vulnerability assessment and process in target communities (particularly the Bambasi IDP sites and nearby host communities) to define community gaps and provide the basis for planning. - Lead the identification and selection of the project client jointly with the communities and local leaders/authority using criteria. - Link the VSLA groups and business development trainees with the Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies (SACCOs) and Micro Financial Institutions (MFI) services for further financial access.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Plant Science, Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 1/2 years in a supervisory or senior expertise role respectively Duties & Responsibilities: - Orchestrate Farm Operations: Plan, direct, coordinate, and control all aspects of the assigned unit farm, ensuring seamless execution from tilling to dispatch. - Champion Best Practices: Oversee and actively participate in tilling, planting, cultivation, field operations, harvesting, packing, and dispatching processes. - Optimize Yield and Quality: Utilize soil testing to determine precise fertilizer requirements, ensuring maximum yield and exceptional crop quality.
