Infinity Advanced Technology Solutions P.L.C. (IATS) is a leading medical equipment distributor, Information Technology and technical service provider in Ethiopia. Currently the company needs to hire a qualified personnel for the following vacancy:
Position: Odoo Functional Consultant
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of a client's core business functions and objectives, analyze their current processes, and identify areas where Odoo can optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze and document client needs, translating them into functional specifications.
Configure and customize Odoo ERP modules to meet client-specific requirements.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions for functional defects.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior functional developers.
Stay updated on latest Odoo releases, trends, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and methodologies
Develop customized Odoo solutions for different industries.
Provide training to the client's employees on Odoo's best practices as well as customized Odoo module training to ensure they can use the software effectively.
Provide ongoing support to the client, including bug identification, user mistake identification, and troubleshooting.
Follow up with developers and thoroughly test the modules and functions developed to ensure quality and accuracy.
Any other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in Odoo Functional Consulting (a plus, but not mandatory).
Experience
Proven experience from 3 years + as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role
Knowledge and Skills required
Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, particularly in areas such as Sales, Inventory, Finance, and HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules.
Excellent analytical skills.
