Job Summary

Senior Card Banking Product Development Officer is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and

developing card banking products & services while enhancing the existing ones to drive business growth and meet the needs of customers. The role holder is also responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative card banking products.

Academic & Professional Qualification

BA degree in marketing Management, Management, Business Administration, or other equivalent field.

 MA degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Business; with strong IT skills or Research or any other equivalent field is an added advantage.

Job Requirements

Experience

 Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience

 Good knowledge of banking regulations.

 Adequate knowledge of Banking and finance (local and international).

 Corporate and conceptual thinking abilities.

 Experience in digital banking.

 Good understanding of card banking technologies, online banking platforms, and industry best practices.

 Good strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

 Effective communication and collaboration skills.

 Project management skills.
