Job Summary

Card Banking Product Development Officer is responsible for developing card banking products and services while enhancing the existing ones to drive business growth and meet the needs of customers. The role holder is also responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative card banking products.

. Academic & Professional Qualification

BA degree in marketing Management, Management, Business Administration or other equivalent field.

 MA degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance or Business; with strong IT skills or Research or any other equivalent field is an added advantage.

Job Requirements

Experience

 Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience

 Strong knowledge of the Bank’s clients and their needs.

 Good knowledge of banking regulations.

 Adequate knowledge of Banking and finance (local and international).

 Corporate and conceptual thinking abilities.

 Experience in digital banking.

 Good understanding of card banking technologies, online banking platforms, and industry best practices.

 Good strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

 Effective communication and collaboration skills.

 Project management skills.
