The Earthworks Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of their crew for mass excavation, detailed excavation material hauling operations on assigned projects. The Foreman will provide leadership and ensure the safety and productivity of their crews and equipment.

Job Requirement

• Qualification ; Work Experience & required skill:Diploma or TVET Level II or above in Construction Tech. or in Related Fields with 4 years’ experience on Road or  Building Construction

• At Least half of the required work experience should be from construction organization

• Language: ability of Afan Oromo is advantageous
