Position:

Director of Finance for the upcoming BEE Channel (Black Economy Excellence) media production, 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the media production company to ensure financial stability and growth.

• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products and services effectively.

• Manage financial reporting, analysis, and compliance to ensure accurate financial information and regulatory adherence.

• Lead marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions, and branding efforts to enhance the company's visibility and reach.

• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align finance and marketing goals with overall business objectives.

• Present financial reports, marketing plans, and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Conduct interviews with clients, customers, and industry experts to gather insights for financial and marketing strategies.

• Implement financial controls, marketing tactics, and growth strategies to support company objectives and drive success.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, at least 5+years of experience in the media industry, fluency in English, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to present reports, conduct interviews, and implement strategies effectively.

• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to communicate financial information and marketing strategies clearly.

• Ability to present reports, conduct interviews, and implement strategies for finance and marketing initiatives.

• Problem-solving abilities to address financial challenges, marketing obstacles, and contribute to strategic solutions.

• Knowledge of financial principles, marketing best practices, and industry trends in the media production sector.

• Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders to achieve finance and marketing goals.

• Proficiency in financial analysis tools, marketing platforms, and project management software to support decision-making processes.

• Eagerness to drive financial growth, marketing success, and overall business performance in the competitive media production industry.
