The role 

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personnel Manager to manage the people operations function. As a 

key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including 

recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. You will play a crucial role in developing 

and implementing HR strategies to support the company's growth and succes

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 

  •  Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. 

  • Manage the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance management issues. 

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 

  •  Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 

  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure they are competitive and cost-effective. 

  • Maintain employee records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date. 

  • Handle disciplinary actions and grievances in accordance with company policies and procedures. 

  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a member 

Job Requirements

Qualifications 

  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.  

  •  Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and regulations. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.Desirable 

  •  Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. 

  •  Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR). 

  •  Experience with HRIS systems. 

Compensation
