Job Description
Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team as a Waitress/Waiter.
Required qualifications:
Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management, Hotel Operations, Food and Beverage service and other related field.
Minimum of three years’ work experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a four or five star hotels.
Having COC certification is an advantage.
Competencies required
Excellent command of English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments
Capable of working in a team environment
Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual
Articulate and good listener
Willing to do shift work
Experience in MICROS System is advantageous.
