Software Maintenance Engineers apply principles and techniques of engineering, mathematics, and computer science to the design, development, and testing of software applications for computers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Mobile Money system and service maintenance including monitoring, routine health check, alarm and issue handling, risk identification and mitigation, customer requirements support, new service test and rollout, etc.

2. Strictly comply with network security requirements and ensure zero violations. 

3. Make full use of professional knowledge and mobilize relevant support teams to proactively solve customer problems

4. Fully understand customer requirements and complete the delivery with quality and quantity within the scope of the contract;

5. Complete maintenance tasks assigned by team leader on time and output high-quality deliverables;

6. Continuously present service value and improve customer satisfaction;

7. Communicate efficiently and proactively with team members and customers.

Job Requirements

Education and Major requirement

B.Sc. Degree of Software engineering , Telecommunication and  Computer Engineering related 

Skills or Certificate Requirements

•  Familiar with Linux operate system, database, network communication architecture and Principles;

•  Familiar with one or more software development language such Java, C, C++, etc;

•  Have awareness of team working and good communication skill with colleagues/customers;

• Familiar with shell script or database SQL script and procedure is preferred;

• Experience in software project delivery and maintenance is preferred;

• Familiar with software project management and team management is preferred;

• Familiar with financial and payment services is preferred.

Language Skill

•  fluent English is mandatory and Chinese proficiency will has benefit
