Job Description
Factory Manager Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control. Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations.
GETU TEFERA GENERAL IMPORTER (GTGI) is a Sole Proprietor business entity established under Ethiopian Law to Assemble, Import, Distribute and Retail different trading items including two wheels, TVS and Lifan motorbikes with their spare parts, tyres and other related items. The company would like to fill the following vacant positions with competent applicants.
Job Requirements
Required Educational level:
MSc or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Automotive Engineering & related fields of study
Work Experience:
10/12 years experiences out of this 6 year on managerial position Experiences from Car Assembly factory are essential.
Previous experience working in assembling automotive, whether two wheels or three wheels, is mandatory.
