Job Description
Yegna Microfinance Institution is a microfinance institution, which is engaged in development activities in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Yegna mainly provides credit services to micro and small enterprise operators or potential operators and, low income people who are capable to work in income-generating activities. Micro enterprises are important tools in poverty alleviation through employment creation and income generation for low-income groups with limited opportunities.
Credit Service Division Managers oversee the application of credit policy in the establishment. They decide the credit limits to be imposed, the reasonable levels of risk accepted and the conditions and terms of payment made to the customers. They control the collection of payments from their customers and manage the credit department
Job Requirments
Educational Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration related with
Work Experience: 5/7 years relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in a senior/Managerial Position the banking industry or microfinance
Location: Addis Ababa
