Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven SALES PERSON for organization's will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, and meeting business objectives.
As a crucial member of the finance team, a typical Marketing and Sales Officer Job description should include, but not be limited to:
Generating leads.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services.
Maintaining client records.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Research competitors
Assist with product development and pricing strategies
Work to enhance organization's brand identity
Track and record project results and amend marketing measures
Meet and coordinate with marketing director on a regular basis
Collaborate with other marketing team members

Sales Representative Requirements:
Any Bachelor’s degree.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages of buying their company’s services
Communicating with customers before and after a sale
Delivering presentations for persuading customers to buy new services
Resolving customer complaints and concerns
Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts
Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers
Attending conferences to understand Company trends.
