Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven SALES PERSON for organization's will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, and meeting business objectives.

As a crucial member of the finance team, a typical Marketing and Sales Officer Job description should include, but not be limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads.

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

  • Understanding and promoting company programs.

  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services.

  • Maintaining client records.

  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

  • Research competitors

  • Assist with product development and pricing strategies

  • Work to enhance organization's brand identity

  • Track and record project results and amend marketing measures

  • Meet and coordinate with marketing director on a regular basis

  • Collaborate with other marketing team members

Job Requirements

Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

  • A commitment to excellent customer service.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.

  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

  • Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages of buying their company’s services

  • Communicating with customers before and after a sale

  • Delivering presentations for persuading customers to buy new services

  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns

  • Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts

  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers

  • Attending conferences to understand Company trends.
