Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Delivery Manager to lead and enhance our training programs. As a Training Delivery Manager, you will be instrumental in designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives that align with organizational goals. Your role involves managing the end-to-end training process, ensuring the development of high-impact content, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs that align with organizational objectives and employee development needs.
Oversee the creation of engaging and effective training materials, leveraging various formats and methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Ensure the seamless delivery of training sessions, utilizing innovative and interactive methods to enhance participant engagement and knowledge retention.
Implement robust evaluation mechanisms to assess training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, align programs with business goals, and ensure relevance to organizational objectives.
Stay abreast of learning technologies and incorporate them into training strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead and inspire a team of trainers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for training initiatives and track metrics to demonstrate the impact on employee development and organizational success.
Manage the training budget effectively, optimizing resources for maximum impact and return on investment.
Promote and instill a culture of continuous learning, encouraging employees to take ownership of their development.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in training and development or related fields.
Competency/Prerequisites:
Proficiency in creating diverse training content.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to captivate and motivate diverse audiences.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring training impact through data and metrics.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
