Employee Contract Type:

Major Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training, provide support to GBV Case Workers and other staff (PSS, WGSS facilitators, SRH team) related to case management needs. Eg. mapping and safe referral, what case management is

  • Provide direct technical supervision to GBV case workers - weekly supervision - on the job training and monitoring - field visits. Organisation in coordination with PSS focal point and midwife for case discussion

  • Organisation in coordination with PSS focal point and midwife for case discussion

  • Participate in any coordination related to GBV, multi-sector service delivery and ensure her colleagues are informed and also participate in cluster meetings

  • Ensure case management services mapping is up to date on their coverage area

Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification

  • University degree in Psychology, sociology and related social science fields

Required Professional Experience

  • At least 2 years of work experience out of which 1 year in supervisory/managing protection project in emergency context.

  • Experience in leading/coordinating WGFS in emergency project is required.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing emergency response projects.

  • Knowledge and experience in application of international technical guidelines and standards in response projects coordination is preferred.

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of and ability to implement GBV standards

  • Awareness of emergency responses and interest to work in fragile context

  • Experience and ability to work, communicate with partners and stakeholders in different context.
